Even in KL? government is getting amazingly useless these days even UAE a country in the middle of the desert has clean water and never been cut off for 3 years I was there and I never heard they cut off water too.

Don't forget, UAE has plenty of 🌟🪙 and less deep pockets (because living in abundance despite in the middle of the desert) while you know we have many cronies here who have abyss deep pockets and places to store "a lot of fat"
Sadly that's true UAE government really takes care of its people and workers.
