We finally finished the chicken coop! Last night we picked up our 3 hens and rooster.
The story behind how we go them is something that I know my peers here will find interesting.
A friend of mine went to a local farm store and seen these free chickens that had been dumped in the back of our Walmart. My guess would be that they are chicks from Easter and someone didn’t participate the fact that they would turn into real chickens?
I figured this would be a good way to start our flock!
Here is a picture of Soy with our rabbit Fergus, featuring our finished coop in the back.
As you can tell, our farm animals rarely have to walk anywhere.
