Brother and sister.

in #children7 years ago

The brother-sister bond. I remember that bond with my brothers growing up. The "I can punch you, and pick on you but if anybody else does we're gonna have a problem" feeling.
Instead of the sister perspective, I'm watching it from the Mommy end.
There are days they fight like cats and dogs. They will never admit to anyone that they even like one another, but they'll always have each other's backs. If anyone tries to pick on one of them, the other one is right behind them, sticking up for them. No matter what, they'll always be there for each other.
A special bond. There are days it can drive me close to insanity, lol. But then they turn around and do something so sweet for one another that it really makes all these moments worth living for. I love that I get to watch it all. Mostly the good, sometimes the bad, and yes, even the ugly.IMG_20170830_130412.jpg

Just one of my random thoughts of the day.

Having children, and then grandchildren , allows you to relive your childhood and see it with the appreciative eyes of an adult. It is art!

Yes, I agree!
Perfect way to explain it!

This post is so true if i just think about what kind of relationship i got with my siblings...we are inseparably...very nice post!

Yes, watching them reminds me so much of me and my brothers (and sisters). Now that we're all grown we are super close as well! I love it!
Thank you @hotsteam!
