Billiards Osteria

It is located in the Affori area and is easily accessible by underground. It is a club that has been in existence for three years: before it was a cooperative, it is now owned by the association "Always united". The manager, who comes from a long locker in the Osteria del Train, is called Herion and became father this summer, which made him even more sensitive than he was already to the needs of children. The food is excellent (there is a great attention to the raw materials, selected and quality) and is suitable for families with children because it has ample space where the little ones can move, while for older children there is a wide choice of board games such as Risiko; in the bathroom has changing mats and among the tables there is no shortage of high chairs: The atmosphere is particularly pleasant in summer, because the tables are also placed outside, in the courtyard, surrounded by railing houses.

God save the food

In this restaurant in via Tortona 34, like Slow Food we have done several workshops for children (for example, fresh pasta), in collaboration with the magazine "Giovani parentitori": here the events dedicated to children are a custom, as well as cooking workshops specifically dedicated to them. The place is very large, perfect for strollers and prams, and part of the menu and brunch offer in particular is perfect for children.

Mamusca

In the Bovisa area there is an excellent place that has the advantage of being in a non central area: it is open for lunch and snack (not for dinner), and was created specifically to welcome children and families, full of games and books for children and with a good offer of laboratories dedicated to them, also with recycled materials. The offer of food is high level: you can find soups, sandwiches and cakes all with seasonal and fresh ingredients and organic snacks.

A place in Milan

It is a very famous place, the restaurant of the Cascina Cuccagna, in the area that leads to Romana: there you can make the agricultural market, where you can find products at zero km, in full philosophy of the "countryside in the city". It is not a place created especially for children, but families can easily attend it: there are often workshops and workshops and above all the food is very good, also thanks to the quality of raw materials. There is a lot of variety, from stuffed sandwich to vegetable dishes, and there is a wide choice of homemade sweets and beers.

After Work Bicocca

This is the restaurant of the Hangar Bicocca: to be sure of finding it open, it is always advisable to check on the site the opening times of exhibitions. You get there easily with the lilac metro, and the architecture of the place is really wonderful. On the right is the restaurant, while on the left there are large rooms dedicated to children's activities, free of charge. Children can then draw and play freely during the workshop hours. The restaurant is also very large and has an excellent offer of food, especially the brunch on Sunday, very popular with children.
