China’s stock market is down. In fact, it’s a bear market. Down 24% from its peak, China has been watch valuations decline rapidly in 2018. The government has yet to react in response to this but rest assured, they’re simply waiting for the right opportunity. Not looking good, I still think the 'trade war' is going to linger on for a long time to come.
Tariffs are taxation that goes into the governments coffers and reduces the budget deficit. I expect the US federal government to all but eliminate income taxes. The income from tariffs will fund the federal government. This is an important transition to help reclaim America from the corporations who have sold out America.
