Layer2 扩容堆栈

在 Multicoin 的划分中，其实扩容堆栈被划分到了中间件堆栈的链下服务层中去了。现在随着各类扩容方案的上线，其实应该将扩容堆栈单独拎出来。

像各种兼容 EVM 的公链、以及 Solana、Near、Dfinity 等这些公链，也是可以归属到扩容堆栈中，将其统一规划到下面的 Layer1 堆栈中.

专注于当前以太坊的 L2 扩容。

ZK RollUp：zkSync、loopring。

Optimistic rollups：Arbitrum、Optimism。

Validium：Starkware、ImmutbaleX。

Plasma：Boba Network（OMG）。
