Good morning everyone,
I hope you are good wherever you are and having an awesome weekend rest today. Yeah, today was also my off day, and I was actually just waking up after reaching home last night. Feel so tired and exhausted as usual, but thanks God, it always feels refreshing after getting some rest.
Chinese New Year is coming; I guess there will be festivals in many places to celebrate this celebration, especially in Singapore, where most of its citizens are Chinese. My wife is Chinese, and usually at this round time, I'll be at their home and helping her mom to cook. There was a variety of food, and I'm glad that she actually can cook good food. During the celebration, the whole of her family will come back home, and the houses will be very noisy, which I believe her parent is looking forward to. It was sad that we can't get home this year because I have to go to work and only get an off day for 2 days during the Chinese New Year.
This was the renovation that was being made in front of my workplace. The pink snake looks cute, making me forget that I was actually afraid of the snake. It's not that fancy and big, but it's still nice, better than nothing to remind people that the Chinese New Year is coming soon.
I have seen the Christmas decoration and now the Chinese New Year here. People who come here usually take photos with this background, and of course, it includes me.
Anyway, it was Chinese New Year. I wish everyone a warm Chinese New Year. See you on another journey.
