GOD'S VISION AND THE PLACE OF EXCELLENCE

IT PLEASED DARIUS TO SET OVER THE KINGDOM AN HUNDRED AND TWENTY PRINCES... AND OVER THESE THREE PRESIDENTS; OF WHOM DANIEL WAS FIRST: THAT THE PRINCES MIGHT GIVE ACCOUNTS UNTO THEM, AND THE KING SHOULD HAVE NO DAMAGE. THEN THIS DANIEL WAS PREFERRED ABOVE THE PRESIDENTS AND PRINCES, BECAUSE AN EXCELLENT SPIRIT WAS IN HIM: DANIEL 6:1-3

Vision is a clear picture of a preferred future. It is a clear definition of life's destination. God has a vision which is clearly stated in the book of Habakkuk chapter two verse fourteen; for the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

His preferred future for the earth is that the whole world be infiltrated, penetrated, animated and embodied with the knowledge of His Glory as the waters cover the sea. He wants all realms of human endeavor- economy, politics, academia, science/technology, sports entertainment, media, etc, to be filled with the knowledge of His glory as the waters cover the sea. In other words, God wants to take over the world; He wants to invade and take over every community, city,nation and continent. In essence, God wants to fill the whole world with Himself.

What then is God's method of fulfilling His vision of saturating the earth with the knowledge of His glory? He does so by positioning His people in positions of leadership as stars, pace-setters and front-liners in various fields or spheres of human endeavor. The same way He positioned Daniel in Babylon, Joseph in Egypt, Queen Esther in the Persian Empire, and David in the courts of King Saul, is the same method He is using to raise His children to positions of leadership and influence today.

Beloved, I believe God is ready to position you as a leader, a star, a pacesetter, a front-liner, so that He can invade your sphere of influence for HIMSELF. He positions you so you, along with His other children, can shape the destiny of communities, territories, nations, continents and every sphere of human endeavor.

Now, how does God position His people to take over the earth in fulfillment of His vision? It is on the frequency of excellence. This was the key God used to position Daniel, Esther, King David and all other outstanding men and women in Scriptures. Our God is not excited about people who exhibit mediocrity in their crafts. It doesn't matter how anointed, prayerful, or committed you are, if you are not excellent, you lose your place in God. You cannot rise up to your God ordained place in destiny without excellence. The bankruptcy of excellence is the frustration of God's vision for mankind.

Remember this: The bankruptcy of excellence is the frustration of God's vision for mankind.
