Your attitude as a believer is the easiest way to evangelise. You don't need to talk much! Set example that people could look up to and learn more about your God.

Be an example, the best way to show the church that we are not to be looked down. For young brothers, specially minister, could be hard to be let to serve in some ministries but if we show with our example that we are called, that we have the spiritual gift requaired and that we want to be usefull for the Glory of God, I think the Holy Spirit will guide the Church so they can see it and support us.
