Each day we strive to excel, to advance, to make progress and hopefully to ultimately become successful at that which we do. However, some unknowingly hinder and keep themselves from achieving the goal(s) they strive to attain. I'm sure it is not a secret, we all should know by now, the devil certainly does not prosper anyone; at least not by the Father's definition, how do I mean? The enemy can do everything that it could just to make one lose sight of eternal life and not to bear fruits for the Lord, now it doesn’t matter how busy that one are in the world dreaming and making a dream come true, if one lose sight of the lord, he is not prosperous irrespective of the how successful he may seem in the eyes of the world.

But God's desire is that we prosper and stay in health, not just heath as it concerns our mortal body but more as it relates to our spiritual wellbeing. Faith in God can suffer malnutrition due to wrong feeding, which was why peter wrote about the sincere milk of the word which is full of nutrition that babes need to grow thereby.
Prayer is one of the means through which we intentionally invite the forces of Light to advance our cause in God. In a world governed by darkness and ruled by same, it is imperative that our thoughts, words and actions align with those of faith; preventing us from hindering ourselves from the timing of the spirit leading us to navigate this life.

1Pe 3:8-12 says

Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one for another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous
** Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil**

Behind these instructions is a nature of righteousness, we could either choose to walk according to this rule and Heaven will advance our cause in the kingdom of heaven of which we represents here on earth or we walk contrary to our true nature and attract the hindering forces of darkness. Whenever hindrance is mentioned, men tends to direct it to not doing well in worldly pursuits, no, not at all, I’m talking as an oracle of the Lord, and I speak as it concerns the kingdom of which I represents as it ambassador, the course of this life may be the very hindrance against the calling of the lord upon our lives.

Jesus was offered this world at a platter by the enemy who promised him the glory of the whole earth if only he could create time for him the devil which he called ‘worship’. That’s how we may be engaged with the world with knowing that we’ve sacrificed our time for the enemy, the decisive part is that when one is misled by the deceitfulness of riches; he may be busy giving thanks to God without knowing that he or she is barren to the kingdom of God.

IS THIS WRITEUP FOR EVERYONE?

It supposed to be for everyone knowing that we all were created for Gods own pleasure and which is where our own pleasure is found which is eternal life, but as it stands now, this writing can only be appreciated by those who believe in the lord, those that loved the lord from a pure heart.
