What the Bible Say About Giving
Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return. Luke 6:38
Sometimes, we hate the idea of giving thinking that we are losing something in return. But it is not like that.
When we give, we may have lost some of what we have, but there are people out there who benefit from it. Giving is not just about money, food, etc. You can also give your time, attention, and empathy to others.
In Luke 6:38, it says that if you give, it will be given to you. We just have to wait for God's perfect timing to receive it.
