Today I'd like to dive into the Beautiful Psalm 93, which only comprises of 5 verses.
The Lord is King! He is robed in majesty. Indeed, the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength. The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. Your throne, O Lord, has stood from time immemorial. You yourself are from the everlasting past. Source
The floods have risen up, O Lord. The floods have roared like thunder; the floods have lifted their pounding waves. But mightier than the violent raging of the seas, mightier than the breakers on the shore — the Lord above is mightier than these! Your royal laws cannot be changed. Your reign, O Lord, is holy forever and ever. Source
This short psalm proclaims forth the honour of the kingdom of God that can never be shaken for all times. Here are 5 key points that expounds our Lord's Reign;
1. The Lord reigns Gloriously: He is clothed with majesty, as Ruler and King!
2. He reigns Powerfully, and is clothed with Strength and Honour!
3. He reigns Eternally, from the beginning of time, before any other rule, principality, or power, He was!
4. He reigns Triumphantly, God is on high, He alone is mightier than any other. And on the Cross he demonstrated it, once and for all!
5. He reigns in Truth and Holiness, all his promises are absolutely Faithful, and His Holiness falls into His Church and Family.
Who can compare to Him?
None can. And none can ever, till the end of time!!
