YOUR WAITING IS OVER!

"In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had." John 5:3,4

Waiting is one of the most challenging but rewarding activities in life.

Waiting on God is a spiritual price we all will be expected to pay, as we in through life and in our work with God.

"It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord." Lamentation 3:26

Waiting on God is not in vain.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WAIT ON GOD:

-TO DWELL AND ABIDE IN GOD'S PRESENCE FOR LONG.

"I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings" Psalms 61:4

-TO BE AVAILABLE AND BE IN READINESS FOR DIVINE VISITATION.

"If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come" Job 14:14

-TO LOOK FORWARD IN EXPECTATION AND HOPE.

"My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him." Psalm 62:5

-TO REST CALMLY IN TRUST AND CONFIDENCE.

"For the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken." Proverbs 3:26

Beloved, waiting on God is one of the ways we honour God.

You can't wait on God in vain.

Give God your attention so you can attract his visitation.
Waiting on God shows faith and confidence in God.
