Faith

What is the faith?

SOURCE

Hebrews 11: 1, "Faith, then, is the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of those who are not seen."

Having faith in God is an act of total obedience, that is, putting before our feet all our dreams, projects, goals and desires in exchange for his will being fulfilled in us.

Having faith in God and what he can do in us tells us that we must put aside our will, is convinced that in order to receive things, we have to do things correctly, letting ourselves be guided by HIS will.

Many times we have heard someone say: "I have faith that God will help me set up this business that He knows I need to be able to live well and meet my needs." But when we are blessed with the business, we start doing things the wrong way,  but if the business fails, then we turn again to God to ask again "a miracle."  As children of God we make the mistake of forcing God to do us favors, to fulfill our personal desires or to simply fulfill a whim and we are completely.

Hebrews 11: 6," without faith it is impossible to be of good pleasure to God."

To have faith in God is to demonstrate that our faith is not based on feelings or emotionalism but on firm decisions and that we are able to leave everything aside to get to see with our eyes, their promises fulfilled.  May God continue to bless you
