Isaiah 43:18-19
18 “Don’t remember the former things; don’t dwell on things past.
19 Watch! I’m about to carry out something new! And now it’s springing up— don’t you recognize it? I’m making a way in the wilderness and paths in the desert.
Fellow Steemians, today I come your way with a motivational message.
God is the eternal God who is not bounded by time nor space hence the need not to limit Him. We shouldn't be complacent of the old things we have achieved or God has delivered to us (like the verse 18 said) but we should always look forward to expecting something new from God. Albert Camus said that "An achievement is a bondage. It obliges one to a higher achievement". All that he was trying to put across was that, achievement although good, can be a bondage to us if we allow it to be our limits. We should therefore use our achievement as a denominator to achieve higher goals.
With open minds and gladness, let embrace the new day and opportunities that comes our way and make things happen. Behold! He's doing a new thing with us, for us and through us.
