Take a quick look into the book of Revelation and see many who come to Jesus in the Great Tribulation.
The book of Revelation is important for everyone living in 2021. It tells of the coming age after the rapture. I’m studying it intently and sharing what I find with you because I know you need the truth written in it. This truth will set you free and allow you to live in peace in a chaotic world.
After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.” Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. -Revelation 7:9-14
The Seven Seals
Great, destructive judgment is coming on the world in the future. It’s terrible, it’s inevitable. The only hope to avoid experiencing this wrath is to confess Jesus as your Lord now and believe God raised Him from the dead. Click here to find out more.
Here are the judgments listed out:
- The rider on the white horse conquers many, the antichrist
- The rider on the red horse removes peace from the earth; people kill one another en mass
- The rider on the black horse causes mass scarcity of food, a loaf of bread costs the equivalent to a days wage for a laborer ($80 – $120)
- The rider on the pale horse, his name is death, and hades follows him. He kills 25% of the earth’s population with sword, famine, pestilence, and wild beasts.
- The people killed for their faith in Jesus Christ pray and ask God when He will avenge them.
- Great earthquake, the sun is darkened, the moon turns blood red, stars fall to the earth, the sky vanishes, every mountain and island gets removed, everyone on the planet hides in caves. They’re trying to hide from the Lamb of God, who is bringing judgment against them.
- Comes after God seals 144,000 of His servants.
144,000 with the Seal of the Living God
In between the 6th and 7th seal, God places a seal on 144,000 for the 12 tribes of Israel. These servants will preach the Gospel during the tribulation.
The Great Multitude Saved
Interestingly, after the servants of God get sealed, John sees a vision of countless people saved. This seems to me to be a snapshot of the end result of their service. How great is it to know that God has a plan to lead people to salvation in the middle of this judgment! And, it works. God is full of mercy, even in the middle of the greatest trial, the earth will ever face.
The Seventh Seal
The prayers of the saints fill a golden censer. This censer gets filled with fire and thrown to the earth. It doesn’t seem that destruction comes with this seal. Only thunder, lightning, and an earthquake accompany it.
My personal opinion: Since so many people are getting saved from the ministry of the 144,000, the Fire of the Holy Spirit gets dropped on the earth. Just my thoughts.
Are you ready for Jesus’ return?
Has anyone ever told you that God loves you and that He has a beautiful plan for your life? I have a real quick but vital question to ask you. If you were to die this very second, do you know for sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you would go to Heaven? Let me quickly share with you what the Holy Bible reads. It reads, “for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” and “for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”. The Bible also reads, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” And you’re a “whosoever,” right? Of course, you are; all of us are.
If you would like to receive the gift that God has for you today, say this prayer with your heart and lips out loud.
Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me and cleanse me. Set me free. Jesus, thank You that You died for me. I believe that You are risen from the dead and that You’re coming back again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God, and a holy boldness to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m saved; I’m born again, I’m forgiven, and I’m on my way to Heaven because I have Jesus in my heart.
