and much to do while He was still on earth. There were so many things the Creator had to say about living in His creation. In fact, after the apostle John wrote an entire book on Jesus, he ended with this statement: "Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written" (John 21 : 25). This may also been the case of Luke. He had so much to record that he had to abruptly end one point and begin another to get it all in his book. The bottom line is that Jesus wants us to know the truth. He wants us to understand that real satisfaction can't be found in girlfriends , boyfriends, money, popularity, or beefed- up brain cells. Our most urgent need isn't the latest computer game or a date to the prom. What we really need is the life that only God can give. What's more, we need to is draw up nourishment from Christ. We need the strength God gives through His Word,prayer, fellowship, and worship.
Exactly and that is why we haven't seen his second coming.
Due to the fact that he want everyone on earth to know about him so on the judgement day no one will say he haven't heard about Jesus

The glory of God is that man should know the Lord Jesus Christ, believe in the word of the gospel and through faith in Jesus Christ with him and be saved.

I had a conversation with my sister this morning along this same topic of not finding satisfaction in material things or in relationships with others because our first priority should be in finding strength in Christ and nourishing our relationship with Him. The word "IN CHRIST" is used repeatedly in the Epistles and that is for us of these times. It means we can only find through Joy in Him. Jesus said to the disciples, "You are in this world, yet not of this world."
