I feel you because I feel this way, generally. (Two feels in one sentence... that's a lot of feeling 😊)
Mine is less physical in nature though depression and anxiety disorder can interestingly enough present itself physically as well. Ugh...

That stuff manifests physically, 100% in lots of ways, lots and lots of ways.
Cortisone levels and related nonsense it all causes inside the body and the mind, all connected.

You're right cortisone is a real problem. Particularly when one let's their stress level rise too much. And I'm happy to drop in. The door was unlocked so.... 😁
