Everyday is a new day and time to be thankful. The worries of the world can be overwhelming at times, but when we focus on being thankful, life gets better!
Often times during this Christmas season, people struggle with loneliness among other things. Praise God when you don't! But, we should all be aware of those who do, because the struggle is real.
This Christmas, lets all try to reach out to at least one person who is outside of your normal circle of life. Give a smile, dinner, coffee, SOMETHING to let them know that they are not alone.
This past week I witnessed a beautiful and random act of kindness. As I was ordering some food at a rather-- fast-food place, I heard someone say, " I will pay that for him." The stranger looked down on his luck, but during that moment, hope came across his face.
Lets do that this week. Please share a story of a random act of kindness either you saw, or you performed. Lets make this the best Christmas ever!!
13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Making kindness tangible is one way of glorifying God. Nice post.
