You can have a relaxed attitude each day no matter the situation you're in or the circumstances around you. Peace is A gift from God that he gives to those who trust him. Psalms 119 : 165 says that those who love the law have great peace and nothing can offend them.
God's word gives you the strength and calmness of spirit you need not to crack under pressure. It is the peace that is beyond human understanding because it does not follow the general knowledge and science.
It's is important to keep your mind on God and refuse to worry or fear no matter what happens. Instead take it to God in prayer and leave your burdens at his feet.
Take time to write down your challenges and ask God for peace of mind because you trust that He is going to take care of you and all that concerns you.
Always remember that you have got Jesus on board and he says to all storms "Peace be Still" and they obey His will.
