Every opposition is a proof of your position in God. If you are serving God in spirit and truth, you should expect the enemy to work against you because the enemy is not a friend of your God. However the enemy cannot work against you successfully because he is judged already. Apart from that, "if God be for us, who can be against us". As long as God is with you, the enemy will always fail. God however instructed us to resist the devil and he will flee from us. -1 Peter 5:8-9. But many people are not able to resist the devil, they'll rather fight his human agents.
The truth is that your opposition are not human beings, it is essentially demons. Even though they hide in humans to carry out their evil acts, you don't deal with the human, but with the spirit behind him. Jesus for instance while rebuking Peter said "get thee behind me satan". He dealt with the spirit using Peter. When you put the spirit in check, you have checked the behaviour. Our battles are essentially spiritual. Building effective resistance against opposition requires that we deal with the spirit behind human behaviour. In Acts 16:16-18, Paul in verse 8 "...being grieved, turned and said to the spirit,...". Paul addressed the spirit of divination that possessed the maiden girl and not the girl herself.
Building Up My Spirit Man
Man is a triune being, he's essentially a spirit but has a soul and lives in a body - 1 Thessalonians 5:23. Because you're a spirit, that is why the devil's number one target is your spirit. Therefore, building effective resistance against opposition requires that you build your spirit. Today many people concentrate on taking care of and building their soul and body only, neglecting the most important, I mean the real man which is the spirit. That is why they are not able to resist the devil, because we resist the devil with our spirit. The strength of the spirit determines the level to which you can resist the opposition. That is why a doctor that is effective in soul development but weak in the spirit can be dealt with by a small witch. Whatever happens to your spirit will eventually happen to your body Proverbs 17:22, so to effectively build resistance against oppositions, you need a strong spirit.
Signs of A Weak Spirit.
Spiritual Slumber: This is laxity in the things of the spirit; when someone experiences a weak spirit, he will neither be hot nor cold. God says he will spew such person out of his mouth, Revelation 3:15-16.
Self-Centered: A person with a weak spirit finds it difficult to obey Philippians 2:4, which says "look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others". He only thinks about himself, always seeking his own not other people's.
Spiritual Barreness: If you don't have spiritual children, I mean, those that came to know the Lord Jesus through you, and you've been in Church for some years, it is a sign that you possess a weak spirit. People like this are weak on other people's things, but strong in their own things. When asked to intercede for others, they do it half-heartedly, but when it's time to supplicate for themselves, they do it with passion.
Inability To Do Things On Your Own: People with weak spirit for instance you can't pray on their own, they can't fast or study the word of God on their own. They always need encouragement to do the things of the Spirit .
What Are The Consequences of People With Weak Spirit?
They are vulnerable to satanic attacks.
They cannot resist the devil successfully.
They have so many barriers or obstructions on their path.
Those who are weak in spirit crawl through life.
How Do I Maintain A Strong Spirit?
To maintain a strong spirit, you must live according to Romans 12:1-2
Present your body unto God as a living sacrifice, this means to begin to do things as commanded and not as convenient. Most spiritual things are not convenient. For instance it is not convenient to fast or attend a night vigil especially on a rainy night.
To maintain a strong spirit you must not conform to the world. This means not doing things the way people of the world do. They can lie or cheat and do all manner of sinful things in order to have their way. If as a Christian, there is no difference between you and the worldly people, you possess a weak spirit.
Constantly renew your mind in the word of truth, that is by reading the Bible.
Constantly engage and expose yourself to spiritual exercises, like fasting, witnessing, thanksgiving, prayer etc.
Maintain a deep and consistent relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Live a balanced Christian life, giving yourself only to what is expedient, and not just legal or lawful.
The key to become effective in all these things is to keep doing them consistently, As you do them consistently, you will be able to build an effective resistance in your spirit against all oppositions.

This is just heresy that you made up. There's no biblical basis for it whatsoever.
What is your problem? You don't write, you don't see anything good in somebody's article, all you do is cheap criticism, just a piece of advice, try and be constructive with your criticism. From my article it is clear that, this is certainly one of the kind of opposition that I am talking about. I know where all this is coming from, I mean the source, that is why I am not angry with you or your comment. You know what, the truth hurts a lot, that is why people often refer to it as heresy in order to discredit it .
