In my country there is a saying- 'the more you give, the more you achieve.' I think the achievement may not be on material term but surely on immaterial term. If you give to those who really need it, no matter how big or small it is or what it is, but in return they will surely love you and give you blessings.
Another thing is, by giving you will feel the joy of sharing. It can be a small piece of bread, just give it to a stray animal or hungry child and see their face. It is full of respect, love and faithful ness.
Most of the people likes to give or share, so that it may help some others. There are thousands of charity, religious fund, NGO and so on to help those who need the most. As the world wealth sharing is very irrational and imbalanced, so we, who have chances some to give others, we should do that.
And when it comes to charity (whether it is religious or not), I think it's the most useful system to help others. What they can cover, we single individual can not cover or it may not possible for us to go to all of this huge numbers and remote areas. So charity can helps us to get there and help them.
Giving and sharing is one of the human nature, which helps us to be down to the ground, makes us thought about the society, makes us less selfish, gives us the chance to care and share, gives us the chance distribute to and balance some sort of resources and also gives us the chance to get love and blessing. So why not don't we take the chances to get all of this to make a better world!
