This sounds familiar that Central Bank are hoarding Gold and Silver. It was approximately 50 years ago when the World was losing faith in the US Dollar based Monetary System. Countries around the world were demanding Gold for their worthless dollars. By 1971 Ricard Nixon was force to break the Bretton Woods agreement and remove the US Dollar Gold Standard. It appears history does repeat it self. Citizens need to become their own Central Banks. full article below
