The value of the vote you get is based on the number of bids submitted in that round. However due to the increased price of SBD you will actually earn a pretty good return here.
When that vote pays out you should get about 1 STEEM and 1.62 SBD. At the current prices for SBD that is worth about $19.50 which can buy about 11.5 STEEM, so you'll make a very nice return.
The post reward values shown on steemit.com and other frontends are really wrong right now since they assume that 1 SBD = $1 USD.
