Merry Christmas Everyone!
So this morning, I woke up with the idea that I would love to see where people on steemit are today. So I decided to throw a photo contest.
To be eligible you need to include in your comments:
- Where you are on this planet
- A picture of where you are
- A wish to other steemians for Christmas
The best photos will get a generous upvote in the comment section. The best of the best, will get a 100% upvote. (~$85) The contest ends on the night of the 25th of December.
The photo above is literally where I am right now. (and yes, it's an ice rink on the left) I'm in a beautiful place called Rigaud in Quebec, Canada. It's -15 Degree Celcius (5 Fahrenheit) and we are just getting ready to eat a big breakfast and go to church.

I am in my native Riga, in the Old Town. This is a town hall square, on which a Christmas tree and a very beautiful House of Blackheads. I'll walk here tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow - this beauty should be admired often!

Greetings from Riga. The christmas tree this year sucks. Look at Vilnius for example - they did it very beautifully just like always.
I have not been to Vilnius this year. But me and our Christmas trees like :) I today made a selection of Riga fir trees :)

I'm in Alberobello, a nicely place in the south of Italy which is UNESCO World Heritage Centre! Have you ever heard about "Trulli"?
This is one of my picture of this lovely town...
My wish is that this community grow in peace and that STEEM values increase in the 2018... it will help much people with economic problems, especially the ones from poor countries.
The holidays are best spent with family, I'm in Almelo, the Netherlands, where on the 24th of December we are celebrating the 94th birthday of grandma!

This year I'm spending christmas with my family home :) That is Poland, small town called Michalow-Reginow, about 10 km from capital Warsaw.

Merry Christmas to the Steemian Community, Christmas to me is all about family and friends, coming together and thinking of others. This photo was taken from my seat sat in a restaurant by the ChaoPhraya river in Bangkok, Thailand with my family. I didn't want to leave my Thai in-laws as they had lost two family members this year and I have tried to support them as much as I can. The photo above is near to where i live it's about two mile walk form my home to this beautifull park. In the summer there is a lot going on in this park, but in winter it's as you can see really quiet. I live in the Nethelands in a place called Barneveld (between Arhem and Utrecht).
