Hi Steemit, this is my first job. Last cristmas my friend @etnique asked me for a chrismast present for his family at venezuela, i made this protrait for him, it was really hard to capture his family essence, i think the eyes is family thing .
Lest explain the procces....
first is the reference photo, he sent me a full body picture, so i took only the top part and made some guidelines for a start.
The first step looks like this....
The raw sketch is pretty simple, still lacks details
Redrawing will be the best, adding some details and hair shape.
The first coloring, to make a flat base.
This is after shading and drawing the portrait
This is the work finished...
