Crypto-Christmas Cookies
Annual Cookie Baking Day #BeautifulSunday
Every year since I was a child, my cousins and I got together during the Christmas season to decorate and bake cookies. We are all growing up, some of us are even starting families of our own, but we still get together to decorate Christmas cookies every year. It's a fun tradition and a great excuse to get together with everyone.
This year we gathered at my brother @robjagoe's house and my sister-in-law @cjagoe made a few batches of sugar cookie dough.
While @cjagoe prepared the cookie dough, everyone else hung out in the family room watching football. Here's a photo of little Madison eating a teething cookie on her dad @robjagoe's lap.
We usually shape the cookies and decorate them with sprinkles, chocolate, cherries and other various toppings. Here's a photo of the cookie-making table in action.

Of course I had to make some Crypto-Cookies...
A STEEM Cookie
A Bitcoin Cookie
An Ethereum Cookie
My little niece Madison is too young to participate in the cookie decorating... at this age she just wants to eat the dough. In a few more years she will lead the new generation! It was a fun and tasty afternoon spent doing Christmas traditions with the family.
Hope You Had a #BeautifulSunday
and a wonderful week ahead!
I love these cookies buddy!! Great job man. Little niece is such a cutie :)
Haha thanks, she really is! Im afraid the cookies are lonnggg gone though haha
Oh my gosh Steem it GETS me! I also made crypto-cookies, though I think yours really take the cake (or cookie?).
First row: Civic, Bitcoin, one of the derpy bitcoin forks (probably gold) and I think QTUM. My 5 year old made that one.
Second row: Steem, Ark, Ethereum and Ripple (it looks like... something else, I know).
And lastly at the bottom is good ol' Litecoin and Dash.
As you can see, frosting is a very difficult medium- I think your idea is probably a better angle!
These look awesome too!
But the only thing that matters is how they taste :)
Love it!!!
Imagine a crypto-bakery!!!
Enjoy your sweets and you would accept cryptocurrency payments!!
I worked for a small family owned Irish bakery (Emerald Bakery) in my teenage years. When I learned about Bitcoin I tried to get the owners to accept it for payments. That was back in the $100 a pop days, unfortunately due to the large supermarket bakeries and changing times, the Emerald Bakery closed down in February of this year and the owners were forced to move back to Ireland. If only they took my advice a few years ago... they could’ve been the Crypto-Bakery and grown tenfold at this point
It looks like you had a wonderful Sunday, btw your niece is soooo sweet!
haha yes she's the cutest. It would be nice if she stayed this little forever! She can't speak any words yet so it's very funny listening to her try
Just adorable!
Good tradition you guys have for a #beautifulsunday gathering.
Next on the plan to trade cookies for crytos? The one with ETH seems like having little blue pills. Hmm...
I would say...
1 Bitcoin for the Bitcoin Cookie
1 Ethereum for the Ethereum Cookie
1 STEEM Dollar for the STEEM Cookie....
but they have already been eaten!
I think i'll learn to make cookies. :-)
That’s great!!
That's a fun idea, Jeff. Thanks for sharing. Being an artist, I can say the renditions are well done. :) Hope they tasted as good as they look.
Its all good and looking yummy.
those cookies are awesome!!
Thanks my friend!
