In this Christmas book for kids, it is the month of December and Snowbear was getting ready for Christmas. On the first day he writes a list of all the presents he wants Santa to bring him. On the second day he takes his favorite wool hat and scarf out of storage and he made sure to check them for holes so he can stay warm and dry. As we continue to read aloud together, we see on the third day Snowbear stringing a bright colored Christmas lights across his house. On the next day he brings out his collection of snow globes and places them on the mantle; after that he mailed all his Christmas cards out to his loved ones and friends. On the sixth day, snowbear shoveled a path to his house because it had snowed the night before and he was stuck inside. On the seventh day he went outside into the cold wintry snow and made a snowman to keep him company in the wintery white cold. On the 8th day before Christmas he made ornaments out of paper and glitter and On the 7th day before Christmas he made ornaments out of paper and glitter and glue all arranged in gingerbread and other holiday designs. In this Christmas book, we also see Snowbear setting up his toy trains and Christmas tree, while also wrapping presents for all his family and friends. Snowbear even goes sledding down a giant hill near his house on the 13th day. Sadly, Snowbear then catches a cold and has to stay indoors because he is sick in bed while snuggling under the blankets. Snowbear does all kinds of fun things as he prepares for this Christmas season. As we continue this Christmas book for kids we also see Snowbear bringing in a poinsettia to brighten up the kitchen while he has his friend of Charlie over for lunch. Together they eat too many candy canes and Snowbear doesn’t feel well. Snowbear tries to stay in the Christmas cheer as he goes caroling with his friends to share the cheer of the Season. Snowbear also goes ice skating, hangs stockings by the fire, and reads a book. Everything Snowbear does while counting down to Christmas is to prepare for the special day. On this special Christmas day, he and his friends have a very merry Christmas. This Christmas book for kids comes to a close by Snowbear celebrating the Christmas season with all kinds of gifts and presents for all of his friends.
