wow this is really amazing well your story set I'm 2045 this certainly explains why the apes have uplifted brains, ability to converse and handle weapon and even manage to topple the humans, amazing.
Sometimes I feel man too should treat apes as normal as they would treat themselves, no wonder the rising happened.
Men like Dr chronicles, is needed more to balance the circle of man and apes, your story is beautiful, I enjoy every bit of it
