Murder. It can't be a suicide case and the grip on the gun would be firm. The cigarrette would have fallen out from the grip. Plus, the blood spill on the wall looks more like it came from a smash. If it were suicide and truly the gun was held in the right hand, the force would have pushed the body in the opposite direction (left of the stained wall). Too many murder clues
