There are not much of stats available right now about cine as the content under the cine tag has gone down drastically. There is not much of attention from community owners but I guess @interpretation can provide some useful data. As @coffeelovers stated in his comment there are close to 4670 cine holders. However, as many as 60% are holding nominal amounts below 10 Cine. There are only 95 accounts which staked more than 1000 cine. Which is like negligible active users who are using the cine as tag or platform to generate coin.
The community may not be active recently but there are close to 4670 cine holders, who currently holds at-least one cine or had at-least one cine in past
