Anyone that grew up scouring the shelves of Block Buster on a Friday night will likely recognize this b-movie classic from the late 80's. The movie literally does not need a description because the title says it all. Killer Klowns From Outer Space.
Made on an estimated 2 million dollar budget, upon its original release was declared a flop. Due to its tacky over the top goofiness, it found its audience over the years and has become on of the top b-movies from 80's. Over the last 20 years there have been countless rumors of reboots and sequels that never saw the light of day.
What the movie lacks in a big budget makes up for in imagination. It delivers on goofy fun and solid practical special effects. Its not a scary movie unless you have a natural fear of clowns. If you like "its so bad it's good movies" and haven't seen this, it is worth spending the 90 minutes to check it out.
