Just a few thoughts:
- How about designated times for minnow posting only, in 1 hour blocks. Say rep 50 and below posting only. Just like happy hour in a bar or nightclub
- How about double posting/curation rewards for categories? Mix that in with other incentives (ladies hour) to really rake in.
- Set up bonus areas (time, categories, etc) where steem is awarded randomly, but announced ahead of time to incentivize posting. Make it available only to low rep/steem holders only.
This is just a few things off of the top of my head. Dev's? any of this possible?
I like some of those random type ideas, they should be discussed, but obviously, the Whales run the show!
