The city to live in for long term is that one who suits to your skills/Gifts from the Great Architect
If you're a musician ... you can travel a lot ... you can find freedom/expression even in Morrocco :-)
If you are an artist who likes to live between the old renaissance and the contemporary one stay in NY or Paris :-)
If you like freedom thru a simple Life and you play djembe/talking drum move to Africa
If you're a boehmic artist move somewhere in North of France :-)
If you like organic food ... move to Balkan area ... some places are still good into organic food :-) expecially country side
If you want to struggle and go crazy even as a simple citizen or as an artist move to the contemporary mecca named London
But still ... Morrocco sounds cool :-)
