About 4000 people on there at any point 2900 guests 1100 crew

Yes it's a temporary city that is only there a day at most but when you consider Grand Turk island is said to have only 3700 people it's pretty big like a scyscraper floating on it's side

Wow very nice picture. The colors are pretty cool i think it is a very nice picture for a handheld shot in this light condition. i would have sweared you took a tripod or something ot stabilize your camera for longer exposure.
Had no idea they held that many people. Makes the Titanic look small. Love the blue hour shot!
