Today was the launch of a new ICO - the Civic Secure ID. One of the better ideas to hit the ICO market.
The sale started at 9am and is using a metering technology to keep folks in line as to not overwhelm their systems. Seems to be working well, but there is no much time left and most folks are only able to invest $500 or less at this point.
