I am so excited to share this love story with you guys, as you all know being able to create a bond of friendship amongst your co-workers at the office, at the church or even the environment you leave in is not always that easy. But I have enjoyed this blessings of God and it feels my heart with so much sweetness that I decided to share this experience with you guys.
I am the team leader of the greeters department in church, I became the team leader April 9th, 2023. And it has been work, spiritual exercise and a series of meetings with just a little or no refreshments. For a team that is populated with 10 females with my humble self included, yet we are so cooperative, it makes the demands on us achievable with ease.
When I realized that it has been work, meetings, spiritual exercises all the way, I thought it wise to introduce an additional activity to spice it up. You needed to have seen the joy, happiness that was evidently on our faces that day. The harmony amongst us was so captivating that our senior pastor had to come around and bless us, it was such a lovely day for all of us.
I promise you guys, we all are looking forward to our love feast for next season, as my team is still making reference to that day. It was indeed a beautiful day for us and it helped us build a stronger bond amongst ourselves.
With contributions from everyone, we were able to enjoy different varieties of meals. From snacks, salad fruits, fried rice (this was well spiced and delicious, like I was wowed) with salad, soft drinks and juice with which we all toasted to a life of happiness and love 💞 also, the day was very colorful with the casual outfit we dressed with. The challenge was, we all were so excited that we failed to take group pictures as a family. But below is the picture we took with some of our faces showing. This taught me something that wherever we find ourselves and there are people present, a little bit of something different from what they are used to can bring up a fresh energy that will make them do more and the result is always so alarming.
