Nah. Lately it is used a lot more liberally than that. Initially yes you would be correct. However, it along with most other labels have been tossed about with very little thought to whether they are applicable or not. Most people using labels these days just use them as a knee jerk reaction and seem too lazy to really THINK about whether the label fits or not.
