So today I decided to take the morning off work, and start the day by building a new garden fence.... and then it rained. So instead I thought it was about time a pushed myself at the wall and pull on some hard climbs.
I haven't been to the gym for years, cycling walking and mainly climbing keep me stronger and leaner than any other exercise I have tried. It also acts as a mental challenge, today I climbed set problems, then found ways to link climbs together and finished by crating new problems. Its creative, extremely hard word and super rewarding! if you haven't tried it before then I definitely recommend that you do!
