I've purchased a mining pool #1 and will start this December 29. They had a problem and offline for a few days and just back online few days from now.
When I logged in it forced me to change password but when I did it, it said that I put a wrong password although I was in my admin area. I also follow the instructions and put the 2 Factor Authentication PIN sent on my email. I did it multiple times but it said that I put a wrong password. I submitted a ticket but it has been 4 days and I still haven't got any response from them. I'm worried because my mining will start today.
I tried to have an alternative way to log in by using the "forgot password" I received the URL to reset the password on my email registered on bitclub network and it said that I've succesfully changed the password and can use it. I did, but it show some error. I tried to log in using the old password and said that I log in multiple times and will ban the IP and can log in a few hours. I am now getting more frustrated.
BCN support is really unreliable. 4 days ticket in queues is too much.
Can anyone here help me?
From what I know I have many accounts there to make a builder.
My Founder Pool account got reply less than 1 day
My $500 mining pool share got replied like 3 days +++
So I guess they see what you bought and assist.
