Happy Mother's Day Steemit!
In the middle of May, the days are getting longer and warmer in Minnesota.
Spring started off looking a lot like winter, but not anymore.
I was in my backyard at 8pm tonight, and it was still sunny with blue sky and awesome clouds!
I'm pretty sure Bob Ross painted a few of the clouds tonight...
One thing that always blows my mind, is how drastic the difference is between the length of days in summer and winter.
Just a few weeks ago, it was certainly dark by 8, and a few months ago, it was getting dark at 3pm.
I realize that the effect is amplified by daylight savings time, but even without it, the shift is drastic.
Someday I would love to make it to the land of the midnight sun...
Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway are all on my list:)

It was a fine day for sitting in the backyard... now I'm going to catch up on sleep and maybe watch Cobra Kai:)

Great sky view for such an amazing day! It's amazing that even at 8pm you can see the blue color over your head, that's something I can't see in my country. All the colors in the sky are beautiful for me and capable of making us feel of a determined way. Anyways, regards from Venezuela! Upvoted!

I was surprised when I looked through the pictures I took and saw that one. There is a little bit of the roof of a garage in the corner of the photo, and it makes it look like it's a picture of Earth from space!
