Rising Star Card Club.
I thought I would try this project as an experiment. A just to see thing. I will keep it going for a couple of month to see if there is any interest. Only need one Sub to commit me to keep the project going.
A rough plan is in mind. Though it is subject to change from membership opinion. Advantages and direction the project takes. Will take in to consideration of members and views. New things in the game are being developed. As these get released to the game. The need to adjust to incorporate the new features is essential.
Membership will operate on an Enrolment and yearly Subscription fee.
Cards available for members will be at a cost below market values.
Funding.
To begin the project. 100,000 STARBITS per day or 700,000 STARBITS a week will be used to purchase packs of cards. These packs will be opened on Twitch Stream on Sunday's 6 PM Ireland time. (Same as UK time).
Additional cards to be supplied by @thehive. These cards are only available from events and other special missions.
Enrolment Fee's.
50 HBD to cover all cards.
20 HBD to cover one type of card.
10 HBD each additional card type
Yearly Subscription.
Subscription is waived with the subscription.
Yearly Subscription 5 HBD after the first year regardless of Enrolment chosen.
Upgrading carries an administration fee of 5 HBD.
Card types.
Cards to be made available.
Epic and Legend cards from packs.
Event cards.
Other special cards.
Reserves on common and rare cards.
All cards will offer a discount of 10% - 25% of market values.
Members can reserve genre cards gained from pack openings.
Lesson cards reserved will be done so on a request for X amount of Luck from cards based off the cheapest price on the market. This would include all common and rare cards of the genre.
There could be a need to limit the X request to 1,000 Luck per request. These cards would also carry a membership discount. 10% off each 1 HIVE spent.

I would recommend using an image of a card from the game rather than an AI generated one as I thought someone was trying to start a copy cat game when I saw it. Branding is important for people to recognise what it is.

I was thinking of Using the backs of the RS cards. and maybe a row of them in mini form for a paragraph break.
