Looks like quite the event. In sure the pictures do not do it justice. But very cool nonetheless. Sounds like it beat a quiet night at home. Hopefully you have the chance to rest it all off today lol.
most of the cool stuff never made it into the lens and onto the storage of my phone...
That usually is the rule. The coolest stuff does not always make it into the lens, but it hopefully stays in the memory. Though photos can help to bring them back - the memories
Listening to Dimitri and will continue with it after clicking on the reply button in this post 🎶 (already needed some new tracks to listen to :)))
What about the party reports you used to do? I suppose part of the magic had to disappear when focusing on the report thingy, but I am sure you knew how to manage your time for everything :)
Party reports are for after the event, so all good 🙃
Was writing them for a CD/Vinyl shop in Amsterdam that might be the first shop that started to sell electronic dance music back in the days (80s already when I remember correctly). The owner and his wife were totally into Techno. When I met them at some dance party, I ended up at their home for the after-hours. After many encounters, he asked me if I liked to help to spice up his website by adding this party report section. That was my first experience with writing and publishing. Not sure, but I think I stopped writing quite quickly again. Maybe I wrote for a year? Maybe even less? I remember I felt not creative enough to not fall into the same-same from report to report. Plus, at that time, I spend the whole weekend in clubs, at festivals, at after-hours and the week was for work and recovery, collecting all the strength required for the next weekend of parties. Hardly any time for writing 🙃

That was a rhythm 🙌
I suppose could not be measured with a metronome... but maybe you lived in Vivace or Presto tempi :D
Must be Prestissimo actually 🎶🎶🎶

That's why I hardly take photos, it degrades the here-and-now feeling of looking at the world through a lens and missing part of the world itself 🙃
Yes, understand it completely

orrrrr not that fast, since the repetition rate was 7 days 🙃 But maybe 7 days is fast? 😆
7 days between parties is pretty fast, but I was also counting the working days needed for the recovery :)
cool story :) wasn't a bit too windy for an outside gig last weekend ?
Track on 36-40 is awesome.
