南巡是指1992年1月18日至2月21日期间，邓小平在中国南方的深圳、珠海、广州、上海等地所做的巡视以及讲话，重申与改革开放相关的邓小平理论，并期许广东能按其“生产力为基础的发展观”发展经济在20年内追上亚洲四小龙

南巡基本上已经跟改革开放等同起来， 而中国领导最近一次的南巡，极其低调，近乎失语，是否意味着改革已经终结？

感觉南巡更像是对彭斯讲话的一次认怂，就是表个态还是愿意走邓的改革开放的道路，缓和关系吧。
