Suggestions:

1. Remove the To column as it's redundant. It's obvious that the transfers are TO: poloniex if they are in the section entitled Transfer to Poloniex
2. Filter out exchanges transfers one to the other? That might increase the visibility of the actual steemians transfers as poloniex transfering to bittrex doesn't make much sense for me.
