I am surprise when I saw a member of Steemit up vote a lot of posts with 0.1% of 100% Max Voting Power for each post. He tried to maintain his Voting Power at 100% which mean every day he can up vote 2000 Times (20% Recovery Rate Per Day x 0.1% of 2/100 Max Voting Power).
