因为房价不是开玩笑。事实就是苏宁是背着巨大负担来PK，门店太多。海尔的老板曾说过，当年认为自己的渠道遍布全国，现在发现都是负担。中国的电商为什么会这么发达，郎教授说：哦 是因为我们的税费高。其实最致命的是门面房租高。据我所知，门面租金要占开店成本60%以上。高房价是摧毁一切的，核武器级别的东西。到最后不是一地鸡毛，而是一片荒芜。
