挑选好的食材是烹制美食的首要环节,今天给大家介绍的这道食谱——秘制烤香菇,对刚开始练习厨艺的小白们而言,可以说操作简单,屡试不爽,配上好的餐盘,一下子就有了大厨的既视感。
- 去菜市场挑选新鲜饱满的香菇,将香菇清洗干净;
- 剪掉香菇的蒂,用手稍微压压香菇水份,在香菇取蒂的部位稍微撒一点点盐,如果你喜欢孜然味,还可以撒一些孜然粉;
- 这些工作做好之后,在香菇上抹上少许橄榄油,就可以放到烤盘上了。烤箱预热之后,200度烤8分钟左右,一盆比烤肉还要好吃,咬起来会爆汁的香菇就出炉了。
