It would be great to enter the Chinese market, obviously. However, self-censorship for the sake of compliance with national policies is a very though and delicate choice, but on the other hand, the possibility of setting up a compliant steemit for China is also part of the beauty of working with open source software. ..

I weigh up the pros and cons and consider whether the risks are possibly greater than the chances of success... I think we still need to discuss it with the community and decide what is the best solution for China.
This post is also there to gather every point of view about this self-censorship. It really bothers me for the steem philosophy but do we have any other solution ?
