Wild dry goods 野生干货

in #cn7 years ago (edited)

There is a town called Kuling not far from us. The town is special where it is located on the mountain, and the scenery is beautiful.Because it is located in the mountains, so where the mountain goods is very rich, all the mountain goods are wild, have dry mushrooms, dry fish, dry vegetables and so on.Because it is wild, the output will not be a lot, so the price is more expensive, but people will still go from far away to buy.I also bought some wild dried bamboo shoots back, noon to do to eat, the taste is very delicious!
I took some photo,Lets come look.

I love seeing these kinds of outdoor markets! Can't really say much about sanitation levels, but that's just the way it is there. The atmosphere in these kinds of markets are always amazing.

品种蛮多的,高山石耳没听过,好吃吗?

高山石耳是生长在深山里的,一般比较少见,做汤吃很鲜美的。

really awesome post i saw this kind of fish in dubai fish market

This is what I observe traveling around and reading a lot. Asian countries and people have one in common, they always have dried small fish, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Thialand, Korea's and you name a few.

@elfkitchen do you do export. I would like if I can buy some of your goods in large quantities. I am in Nigeria and I am pretty sure china and Nigeria has good reputation with each other. I will expect your private message on busy.org

Man I like China it has everything and cheap stuff. Huh most the spices I don't know them

Interesting, I've never really seen a market that specialised in just dry ingredients. Did you buy any ingredients to cook with ??

I like the dry fish! In Mauritius we cooked with tomato sauce and chilli, it comes very yummy, and the dry mushrooms we can prepare a delicious soup.

Love these picture

Looks delicious. I love an open air street market. There is more of that in the cities in the USA, but not munch anywhere else. I live up North and we get once a week farmers markets in town, but it's just not the same thing.

Wow, that all looks amazing. I love places you can get such variety!
